The CEO, Robin Diaz, has more than 10 years of construction and real estate development experience. Robin has held positions as a nonprofit executive for Habitat for Humanity, executive of a homeless nonprofit and also performed Disaster Recovery Services in the Florida Keys.  She is well versed in getting results while helping people.

Currently, Robin is a licensed Community Association Manager and Realtor.  While her company does not operate under her licenses, it provides owners with a wealth of information to draw upon.  More importantly, her time as a former Board President of a 304 unit condominium in St. Petersburg is what started her on this journey to help others.  She understands the problems condo owners face working with management companies and board members.  Now more than ever with the recent legislative changes for condo owners is the time to ensure your asset is protected!

Education:  Robin was awarded her MBA in 2014 from the University of Central Florida. 

Adaptability: Robin's diverse experiences and exposure to different industries, roles and tasks equips her with a broader skill set than others. 

Problem Solving:  Robin's experiences help blend knowledge from different areas to develop innovative solutions. 

Management Skills:  Robin's management skills allow her to see unmet needs and fill them.  She is a great researcher of information and understands the financial rules, and new legislation recently imposed on condo associations.
